Pune-based Asian School of Cyber Laws (ASCL) has launched a Google custom search engine on cyber crime world. It allows users to get the relevant information in the fields of cyber crime, cyber forensics, cyber security and cyber crime investigation.
According to the release, they call this a special search engine but what it does is uses Google custom search engine where you can specify the list of sites to limit your search too. With Custom Search Engine, you can harness the power of Google to create a search engine tailored to your needs.

The site is called Data66.cc and if you look at their "About Us" section, they sound like they have their own crawlers and call it a "Special Search Engine", while its nothing but a customized google search.
So tomorrow I can compile the list of all the shopping sites in India, launch a new website and call it a India Shopping Search Engine. I don't get it how sites like this gets onto The Hindu Business line news paper.
