On successful registration, the customer will receive a 4-digit PIN though an SMS on his mobile. The PIN number received will be used to authenticate all the future transactions.

Once its done, a customers can use their phone for tele shopping and purchase at over 3000 merchant establishments across categories and interfaces which include airlines, restaurants, retailers etc.

On completion of the purchase, the customer will receive an SMS to which he has to reply to authorize the payment. The customer will also receive a confirmatory SMS after the payment.

There are some transaction limits though. Initially there will be an individual transaction limit of Rs. 5000 and a daily transaction limit of Rs. 10,000.

• Customer can change his PIN by sending an SMS itself. Customer should send CP to 667711.
  
• To cancel the facility, customer can send an SMS “CANCEL” to 667711. Alternatively customer can also inform the Bank’s call centre at FTS to de-register the facility.
