I Dharmendra Kumar S/o Shri Ishwar Prasad Gupta R/o 1 No. Gumti, Dulhinganj,
Gaya. I have bought 2 sim dt. 08/09/2008 which no. is 9097322633 & 9097322634
and i used since june 2009 then after incoming & outgoing facilities closed. I
asked the aircel customer care services, Bhadani agency, Aircel Services, Tekari
Road, Gaya why closed the facilities. that person said your documentary proof
not satisfactory so resubmit the documents. So, I again submit the document dt.
23/09/2009 and recharge with Rs. 36/- and getting life time validity but
unfortunately I am not getting incoming & outgoing facilities. I again asked
Bhadani Distributer, Tekari, that staff saying your sim reject since 01/03/2009
and documents recieved as per your dt. 23.09.2009 One sim working 9097322634 in
only incoming facilities and other sim not incoming & outgoing facilities
available. I again complain aircel office, Tekari Road, Gaya. staff saying I can
not help anything. I want to know that if sim is rejected, how can recharge life
time validity, and one sim working incoming facilites and main balance show
about Rs. 18/- So please say what can I do. Who responsible for Rs. 36/-*2=Rs.
72/- solve the problem if sim is reject then why recharge accept with Rs. 36/-
because number not available. If any other authority solve the problem, please
informed to me.
