Aircel which has presence in South India and North India, has now lauched its GSM operations in Kolkata. The launch in Kolkata is with Nokia and Siemens. So now Aircel will offer localised content which includes SMSs in Bengali and local information for subscribers in Kolkata.

Aircel has recently tied up with Chennai Super Kings as their sponsor. The Aircel logo will be present on the front and both the arms of the playing jersey of the team.
