India has so many news papers and each news paper has its own section for "Young" generation. But I have not seen a single news paper which is just made/published for ONLY young people.
e-Sense Entertainment, India today launched ‘Yuva’, a tabloid catering to youth.e-Sense.in carried a poll about "Guess the name of India's first Youth Mouthpiece". The options were:
- Gen
- Yuva
- Dialogue
Obviously, the Yuva name won over the other two and finally India's first Youth Mouthpiece became 'Yuva'
According to AgencyFAQ, Yuva is a tri-weekly tabloid which will out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The newspaper will focus on the age group of 18-32 years. The price of this newspaper is Rs.1.00 and will have 16 color pages.
The initial print run is approx 30,000 copies. These copies will be circulated through Mumbai's newsstands and railway stations. They have plans to expand this to rest of the Maharashtra and might be to more metro cities.
So if you find a copy on your way, grab one and see what's up with this new Youth Mouthpiece Yuva.
e-Sense is involved with lot of youth activities. Recently, e-sense sponsored Malhar, the granddaddy of all Mumbai college festivals. Here is the official site for Malhar

should know about it. Grab the media to spread the word. Also i have a
suggestion . Have a yuva committee formed.Let them come on the street and take a
feedback.

|2007-08-21 11:43:00 Swapnil Rane - Thane, Mumbai - Its a good decision !Its a good decision to start such a newspaper, we face many problems and
obstacles in a day to day life but nobody is ready to say a single word against
that, and those who really wants to say something or participate actively,
nobody is there to listen or co-operate them. I think this step will definately
help those people who are really ready to give their efforts to improve current
scenario.
