Looks like Blogs and Media has become very irresponsible. "Jyoti Basu" is the volcanic keyword right now. Everybody is concerned about "What happened to Jyoti Basu?" but some careless reporter(or blogger) posted an article on SamayLive that Jyoti Basu passed Away. The fact is, Jyoti Basu is not dead and very well alive. Samaylive's page that declared that Jyoti Basu is dead is now showing white blank page.

Blogs that want high traffic, uses such cheap and un-reliance news stories and publish on their blogs to get search engine traffic. Search for "Jyoti Basu Dead" and you will find 5000 pages displaying the very same title.

So what is true?

Former West Bengal chief minister Jyoti Basu was hospitalized last week after a pneumonia attack at AMRI Hospital. He had breathing trouble since morning but doctors said that his condition has slightly improved.

Talking about that, a doctor said: "There has been some urine output. The blood pressure is to some extent under control."

He is on ventilator because of breathing problem ..
