The goal is to provide different modules to freelancers, small and medium business owners so that they can do their business without worrying about anything else. The first module that they are currently working on is Invoice Module. So from my understanding, users will be able to create their invoices online, email them instantly to their client, take a print out and all this will remain online on your secure account. User's clients would get an auto notification of the emails sent by user from their cell phone. Users will be able to see all open and closed invoices and which ones are due for payment with a few clicks.
Today I got an email from Prashant who is involved with Faayda.com. They have recently updated their blog and the updates mentioned that they are also planning to provide business directory services to the users.Any faayda.com user will be able to search and interact with businesses listed. The directory will provide quality information to the user and help the businesses listed in lead generation.
One thing I didn't understand about their create, share and colloboration on documents. What is the need for those features here in their verticle niche? Hmm.. may be Prashant can answer this question.

Faayda.com will not JUST be about invoicing but it will be a collection of hosted apps, which will together form a tool set. We want to provide the tools which would help do online as well as offline business. Communication is the backbone of any business; smooth communication ensures better business and more customers.
