The Hockey World Cup tournamentis an international field hockey competition that was first played in the Spanish city of Barcelona in the Autumn of 1971. The system took all my information till the last page, including my credit card
information and then it showed me an error. Rs 1000 has however been charged to
my credit card account but no ticket ws processed.
I wrote about the same to the email add mentioned in the website , i.e.
info@ticketgenie.in but the email bounced. This is a lot of inconvenience..
I would recommend everyone to refrain from purchasing tickets through this
website.
I will now have to go after ICICI to get this amount disputed ...etc. All I
wanted to do was watch the match...
