Within three months FaceBook has redesigned its homepage. This time FaceBook has made their homepage to be search friendly with more interactive navigational elements.

Facebook has been known for making UI changes overnight. The new homepage will be visible to only for its selected users, which is nearly more than 80 million. We can expect many Facebook addicts to get shocked when they log in and find their page messed up.

Major highlight in the new homepage is the long search box in the centre on top of FB homepage. The entire menu items were changed , which will be confusing for the first time. Icons for Friend Requests, Messages and Notifications were placed in the place of Home page, Profiles, Messages. Now the user’s profile info can be accessed from the top left corner of the page.

The friends’ box has been removed and other features like News feed, Events, Photos and Friends has been joined together below the user photo.Bookmarked applications have been placed just below the Core feature box. .

  are you going to change this back or not. Your making it very hard for people to
  do stuff on facebook when it all suck's. CHANGE IT BACK!!!!!

  I think you are requesting at the wrong place. You might want to send your
  feedback to Facebook.com. And even if you send it to facebook, I don't think
  they are going to change the layout.
  This is something we will have to live with now...

  This facebook suck's right now. Please change back the way it was. I can't even
  put pictures on right now and that's how I interact with my family out of town.
  The whole format of facebook was better before. Please can you change it back.
  Your trying to make it better for the people on facebook but right now your

  IT SUCKS!!!! Please leave it as it was! Maybe it looks good when you think of
  it and you are computer savy....think of the millions out there that are not!
  This FB is not just for the teens and young adults anymore...you have ALOT of
  older people on there with limited computer knowledge! You are being cruel to
  them!!! Shame on you!

  HOW dare you change the facebook homepage WITHOUT ASKING us? The new homepage
  design really IS HORRIBLE !!! Please put back the old homepage design to the 80
  million or more facebookers who you changed without their approval !!! Thank
