Freebuzzer's service can be used from more than 42 countries, including popular destinations such as United States, Canada and the largest European countries. There is a limit though.. you can make upto 3 international calls per day and can talk upto two minutes per call.
There are other alternatives to IPKall & Gizmo5. such as Free Calls To India, USA, UK, Pakistan - Get. VoxOx allows you to make free calls to anywhere in the world, even India & Pakistan. When you register with VoxOx, you get one USA free incoming number. Anyone can reach you at that number and you can receive all those incoming calls for free.
